Annie's Lavender

I am so very excited that the cafe is taking off! It was a hard transistion because most people didn't understand what we are doing. Coffee? Lavender?  I think we just confused everyone. So sorry about that. The lavender farm in Buhl is closed to the public to allow us time to make this transisiton to Twin Falls. No festival is planned this year. But keep track of us because next year will be grand.

We are serving Dawson Taylor locally roasted coffee beans and all my crew can make a mean mocha. We also feature a GI-NORMUS sandwich made with a variety of specialty breads and 4 oz. of deli shaved meat. It will fill you up and then some. Match that with freshly made soups and you have a tummy buster of a meal. We change up our pastry offerings each month and our customers are raving over our cake pops!

We have developed our own brand of lavender extract for baking. Available online or at the cafe....use like vanillia to turn ANY recipe into a lavender one. No more infusions or messy preps. Consistant, clean, and wonderful. Use in making ice cream, lavender margarittas, iced tea, cookies or cakes. The possibilities are endless!

ALso, we still offerour locally made, hand made lavender bath, beauty, and home decor products right there in the cafe.  Live plants available through the season.

Finally! I am so excited to see all the dirt dumped in the backyard of the cafe. This means we will be sculpting it this weekend and planting lavender soon. Gravel paths, water features, and sitting benches will come next.

Order products online or pick up at the cafe. Come and gather your thoughts or gather some fresh lavender to take home. Soon, you can relax in our backyard with a lavender italian cream soda, lavender latte, lavender mocha or one of our great sandwiches. Come, grow with us!
