Dream Therapy Pillow

10 x 10 flannel pillow filled with fresh lavender buds, flax and rice. Pop into microwave for less than one minute to create heat. Slip pillow into front of pants for cramps or back of pants to help with sore back muscles. Put into freezer for one hour to help with headache pain. Can be re-scented using our essential oil. Slip under your bed pillow without heat/cold to help you sleep at night. When not using pillow, stash it in your lingere drawer to help scent your delicates. Tucks nicely into your suitcase to take with you. When pillow is soiled, simply slip stitches, empty contents. Resent if needed. Wash, refill and sew across edge. Or if your really handy, make a pillow case for it. Anyway you use it, you will love it. Comes in light lavender or dark purple.
